🔘 Silence must be observed, particularly from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., out of courtesy to our neighbors.
🔘 The Management will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to person or property inside Olem's Place.
🔘 Please keep the place clean. Garbage, cigarette butts, and other refuse should be disposed of properly.
🔘 No vandalism.
