90 days Challenge - Day 7 REFLECTION ( Day 1-7)
learned the basics of the franchise system and operations. I realized the importance of following standards and procedures to maintain quality and consistency.
I observed how experienced staff handle daily tasks. This helped me understand proper customer service and how to communicate more confidently with customers.
Tis Training taught me how to manage time and work efficiently. I am improving by being more organized and attentive to details.
I learned how teamwork plays a big role in smooth operations. I am improving by listening more, asking questions, and supporting my teammates.
Focused on handling challenges and solving problems. I am learning to stay calm, patient, and professional in different situations
I gained more confidence in performing tasks on my own. I am improving by applying feedback and correcting my mistakes.
This is a week of training helped me grow as a new franchise member. I learned that continuous learning, discipline, and dedication are key to improving and succeeding.
During the journey, I also realized the importance of planning, teamwork, and time management. Traveling with others taught me patience, cooperation, and respect for different opinions. There were moments of challenge, such as adjusting to new environments and schedules, but these experiences helped me become more flexible and open-minded.
