Represented by the Municipalities of ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ง ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ข๐ฅ, the Province of Kalinga delivered a vibrant one-hour showcaseโearning the Special Award for Best Presenter. The Provincial Hour, a segment featuring cooking demos and cultural presentations, became a full celebration of Kalingaโs culture, traditions, and flavors.

๐๐ฒ๐ ๐. ๐๐ฎ๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ซ๐ฎ๐ณ, the presentation opened with the introduction of the ๐๐ฑ๐ก๐ข๐๐ข๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฌ: Balbalan Flavors and Traditions - Ms. Ofelia Tabcao, The Villager Food Products - Mr. Franklin B. Valiente, Mangan Tako Restaurant - Ms. Freda C. Lanipao, and the Pasil Slow Food Community - Ms. Rowena Gonnay.
The program featured performances by Cordilleran artists from Balbalan: Ms. ๐๐ก๐๐ฌ๐ก๐ฒ ๐. ๐๐ข๐๐ณ with "๐๐ถ๐ญ๐ต๐ถ๐ณ๐ข" by Ferlina M. Meana followed by Ms. ๐๐ข๐ค๐๐ ๐. ๐๐ข๐๐ณ with an "๐๐จ๐จ๐ข๐บ๐ข๐ฎ". A short trivia on Kalinga "๐จ๐ช๐ฏ๐ข๐ฎ๐ข๐ต" was made then a food demo by Ms. Freda C. Lanipao, showcasing the traditional wrapping of "๐ช๐ฏ๐ข๐ต๐ข๐ต๐ข".
Ms. ๐๐ข๐ค๐๐ ๐. ๐๐ข๐๐ณ then rendered "๐๐ช๐ฏ๐ถ๐ฏ๐จ๐ฐ๐ณ" by Hilair Wacdagan, a song about the native delicacy of Kalinga ๐ฃ๐ช๐ฏ๐ถ๐ฏ๐จ๐ฐ๐ญ. This was followed by a ๐๐ข๐ต๐ต๐ฐ๐ฏ๐จ dance by the ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ง ๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐ง๐ข๐ณ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐๐ ๐ฎ๐ข๐จ-๐๐๐ง๐ ๐ฎ๐๐ญ ๐๐ก๐๐ฉ๐ญ๐๐ซ, and a sharing of tourism taglines: , , and โhighlighting Kalinga as the Home of Ancient Traditions, Balbalan as the Land of Peace and Living Water, and Pasil as Preserving the Taste, Protecting a Heritage.
Ms. ๐๐ก๐๐ฌ๐ก๐ฒ ๐. ๐๐ข๐๐ณ returned with "๐๐ข๐ญ๐ฃ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ" by The Living Anitos, inviting everyone to experience the beauty of the municipality. ๐๐จ๐ง. ๐๐ซ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ฌ๐๐ง of Pasil also performed his songs "๐๐ข๐ฏ๐บ๐ข๐ฎ๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐ฌ", โMercy,โ and "๐๐ข๐ด๐ช๐ญ" expressing gratitude and showcasing the rich culture of his town.
As a grand finale, everyone was invited to join the dance of "๐๐ถ๐ช๐บ๐ข๐ฑ๐ข๐ต๐ข๐ฏ", a song from Pinukpuk, Kalinga that is ever-present in Kalinga celebrationsโjoined even by DOT-CAR Regional Director ๐๐ข๐ซ. ๐๐จ๐ฏ๐ข๐ญ๐ ๐. ๐๐๐ง๐จ๐ง๐ ๐๐ง.
