Jardin Florencia 5-bedroom (all rooms with aircon), 4-bathroom resthouse on a 1,700-sqm garden property by Lake Taal Welcome to Jardin Florencia, our private family rest house.

We open our home to guests for short stays on weekends or weekdays. Our place is a 1,700-sqm property situated on a low hill right at the center of Barangay Poblacion No. 1, Balete, Batangas. We are proud of our little hideaway, its SE Asian designed house and lush garden, all lovingly designed and cared for by our mom, Florencia Pison, and a number of her artist friends. bly accommodates 20 people with 4 in each room . If big groups include small children, the rooms can accommodate up to 25 guests. The property also has a small pool (4m x 8m), a bamboo pavilion, an outdoor grilling station, a tree house, and a fire pit. All of this is only a short smooth drive from Metro Manila (approx. 1.5 hours from Makati)! ACTIVITIES in the Balete area that you can try include:

1. Taal Volcano Adventure to Crater Lake
2. Kayaking and Sailing in Taal Lake
3. Pilgrimage to the Marian Orchard


TRAVEL DIRECTIONS BY CAR:

1. Take SLEX (South Luzon Expressway) to Calamba.
2. Continue from SLEX Sto Tomas to STAR TOLLWAY Batangas.
3. Exit Lipa/Balete (3rd exit after Tanauan and Malvar)
4. Turn right and drive 11.5 km until you reach the T-intersection (You will see small shops on both sides of the street.)
5. Turn right at the intersection. The gate of Jardin Florencia is only a few yards from the corner, across the street from the public park and basketball court. Further travel details (e.g. toll fees and public transport directions) available in the attached notes.

After a year recovering from Taal Volcano's eruption and the impact of the pandemic, we're slowly getting back on our feet, making repairs and improving our home so that you can come and visit again.
