🏕️ Kapan-awan Campsite: Official Guest Guidelines
"Nature is free; Respect is the fee."
To maintain the cleanliness and safety of our mountainside, all visitors are required to follow these updated protocols:
1. MANDATORY REGISTRATION & IDENTIFICATION
* No Registration, No Entry: All hikers and campers must register at the official REGISTRATION point before starting their trek.
* Valid ID Required: Every individual in the group must present a Valid ID.
* "No ID, No Hike": Failure to provide identification will result in denied entry. This is to ensure accountability for everyone entering the campsite.
2. THE "BROKEN BOTTLE" & GLASS POLICY
We are strictly enforcing a Zero Tolerance Policy regarding glass bottles to prevent injuries and environmental damage.
* Bring it Down: All glass bottles brought up must be brought back down.
* Strict Penalty: Anyone caught intentionally breaking bottles or leaving shards behind will face a Cleaning & Hazard Fee and will be Blacklisted from the campsite.
* Reporting: If a bottle breaks accidentally, it must be reported immediately and cleaned up thoroughly.
3. WASTE MANAGEMENT & PROPERTY CARE
* Leave No Trace: All trash (plastics, cans, food waste) must be carried out.
* Respect Facilities: Any damage to campsite structures, signs, or natural features will be charged to the registered individual/group.
📋 NOTE:
By registering and providing your ID, you agree to take full responsibility for your trash and behavior. We are monitoring the campsite regularly to identify those who violate these rules. Let’s keep Kapan-awan clean for the next generation!
