🚩Very affordable rate starts at Php3,500 for WHOLE HOUSE RENTAL for weekdays while Php4,000 for weekends (good for 8 pax, excess heads will be additionally charged 300php/head)

📍 We have 2 nights minimum stay for weekends.
📍 We require a Php2,000 security deposit on house arrival (it will be refunded in full if no accidental cost happens during your stay)
📍 No slippers are allowed inside the house.
📍 No visitors are allowed beyond 10PM.
📍 Pets are allowed inside the house as long as they have a cage
📍 Karaoke is available only 2PM-10PM
📍 Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.

𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆:

📍 Full refund for cancellations made at least 14 days away before check-in but shall be charged P 500.00 Management Fee
📍 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
📍 No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆:
