The standard nightly rate is for 25 people
- Maximum capacity is 35 pax with an extra fee for each additional person

Check-in time is strictly 2 pm or later, and check-out is 11 am the following day.
A safety deposit of 10-15k is required (if booking outside Airbnb) upon check-in, payable in cash. It is reimbursable 100% upon check-out if no property is damaged (NOTE: no safety deposit is required if booking through Airbnb).
