The PTCAO joins the community in celebrating the Sublian Festival and the founding anniversary of Batangas City. Rooted in the traditional ๐’๐ฎ๐›๐ฅ๐ขโ€”a devotional dance originating from the word "๐˜ด๐˜ถ๐˜ฃ๐˜ด๐˜ถ๐˜ฃ" (falling on one's face in prayer) and "๐˜ฃ๐˜ข๐˜ญ๐˜ช" (bent). The festival is a tribute to the cityโ€™s rich cultural heritage, deep religious faith, and enduring Batangueรฑo spirit.

The Kasaysayang Batanggenyo, Inc. (KBI), Southern Luzon Alliance of Museums (SLAM) and San Juan Tourism Council convened last July 18, 2026 at Cafeรฑo, San Juan, Batangas for a Strategic Collaboration Meeting.

With the active support of the Provincial Tourism and Cultural Affairs Office (PTCAO) serving as a vital bridge between local initiatives and provincial policy, the meeting established a unified vision for heritage preservation and museum development across Batangas and Southern Luzon.
