The Santo Niño Shrine is one of the 29 presidential relaxation homes that the late President Ferdinand Marcos had constructed. It was built for his spouse Imelda Marcos, who was born in Tacloban.The museum consists of a chapel that preserves the duplicate of the Sto. Niño de Leyte.

The shrine is open regular even on weekends from 8AM to 5PM with one hour lunch break. As to the entrance fees, 1st 5 people cost two hundred pesos, in excess of 5, there'll be a 20 pesos charged per head.
