CEB Advisory on Domestic and International Passenger Flights

Cebu Pacific and Cebgo intends to operate the following domestic flights to and from Manila, Cebu, Clark, and Davao.

We also intend to operate limited international routes, namely: Manila-Dubai-Manila, Manila-Seoul (Incheon), Osaka-Manila, Tokyo (Narita)-Manila, Manila-Nagoya-Manila, and Manila-Singapore-Manila.

We remind guests to check government regulations and requirements, in preparation for their flights. We continue to send pre-flight reminders using the email addresses guests have used in their bookings. Dear Clients,

Even if the government under the approval of IATF, allowed the skeletal operations of travel agencies to do administrative tasks such as refund processing and paying suppliers, we chose to remain closed as suppliers such as the Airlines, Cruise Lines, Hotels, Tour Operators and Travel Consolidators are still closed and/or under limited operation. Some will start processing the refund once the GCQ is lifted and when they start processing it will take more or less 6months.

We, travel agents are also small business owners affected by the pandemic. Though the government gave as permission to operate, the fact remains that INTERNATIONAL and NON-ESSENTIAL (tourism) TRAVELS remains PROHIBITED. We will still not have income to maintain skeletal operations.

Please know, that we are doing our best in coordinating with all the suppliers for your re-bookings and cancelled flights.

We thank our clients who are very understanding in this situation.

Please bear with us and stay safe! Once this is all over, we hope to travel again and experience the culture of other countries and see the beauty of our planet.
