Starting March 29, 2026, New NAIA Infra Corp. (NNIC) is implementing a significant reorganization of terminal assignments at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA). This phased reshuffle is designed to optimize terminal capacity and streamline passenger flow as part of the airport's 25-year modernization plan.

Key Terminal Reassignments
Effective March 29, 2026:

To Terminal 3 from Terminal 1:
Air China (CA)
China Eastern (MU)
Royal Brunei Airlines (BI)
Shenzhen Airlines (ZH)
Vietnam Airlines (VN)

To Terminal 1 from Terminal 3:
All international flights for AirAsia Philippines (Z2) and AirAsia Berhad (AK). (Note: AirAsia's domestic operations are currently staying at Terminal 2).

Effective April 1, 2026:
To Terminal 3 from Terminal 1:
Japan Airlines (JL).

Important Notes for Travelers:

Check Before You Fly: Passengers are strongly advised to verify their terminal assignments directly with their airline or through the Official NAIA Website before heading to the airport.
