We’re looking for passionate and skilled individuals for the following positions:
1. Operations Supervisor (1 Position)
- Role: Manage the fleet, oversee daily operations, and ensure smooth scheduling, maintenance, and safety compliance.
- Requirements:
- Willingness to travel across ZAMBASULTA.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in fleet management or maritime operations.
- Ability to implement operational strategies and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ticketing and Boarding Assistants (4 Positions)
- Locations: Zamboanga City (2 Positions) & Jolo (2 Positions)
- Role: Provide passenger service by handling ticketing, assisting passengers during boarding and unboarding, managing luggage, and maintaining safety and service standards.
- Requirements:
- Computer Literate: Essential for managing ticketing and bookings.
- Driver’s License Preferred in Zamboanga City: To assist with transporting seniors and passengers with special needs and baggages.
3. Crew
- Boat Captain (100 GRT): Oversee vessel navigation and manage crew (2 Positions).
- Assistant Boat Captain (100 GRT): Support the captain in vessel operations (2 Positions).
- Chief Engineer (750 kW): Oversee mechanical operations and maintenance (1 Position).
- Assistant Engineer (750 kW): Assist in mechanical operations and maintenance (1 Position).
- Able Seaman (AB): Perform deck operations, assist with docking, and ensure safe voyage operations (4 Positions).
- Deckhand / Ordinary Seaman (OS): Support deck crew with mooring, maintenance, and passenger assistance as needed (4 Positions).
- Requirements:
- Relevant certification and licenses for each position.
- Proven maritime experience and commitment to safety protocols.
