The Philippine National Police Aviation Security Group (PNP-AVSEGROUP), Office for Transportation Security (OTS), and Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) remind all passengers to strictly observe airport security regulations on prohibited items in hand-carry baggage.
β’ Liquids, aerosols, gels, sprays, and toiletry items exceeding 100ml are NOT allowed in cabin baggage, even if partially filled. These include perfumes, lotions, toothpaste, deodorants, shaving foam, hair gels, and similar items.
β’ Passengers traveling with infants may bring breast milk and baby formula beyond 100ml, provided these are declared at the security screening checkpoint for inspection.
β’ Passengers may carry up to two power banks below 100Wh in hand-carry baggage without prior airline approval. Power banks exceeding 100Wh require airline approval.
β’ Fi****ms, toy guns, knives, blades, stun guns, and other prohibited items must be placed in checked baggage and accompanied by necessary permits and documentation, when applicable.
