Ground Floor: "Alvarado" unit accommodates 2-3 persons comfortably. Features private entrance and dedicated access.

Top Floor: "Asiana" unit designed for 2 persons. Includes separate entrance completely independent from ground floor. Enhanced with a private veranda offering elevated outdoor relaxation space.

Both units available for individual booking, allowing guests to reserve either Alvarado or Asiana separately according to group size and preference. Intimate beachside living with complete privacy between accommodations.
