NO TRESPASSING
There is a sinister development recently of the preliferation of "no trespassing" signs all over the island. I have no idea about the reasons for this, and I will not speculate, but the result is that tourists are being discouraged to come to Boracay for many reasons, and seeing these signs is surely one of them, many of which are located on the road from the ferry port...

And the uglification of Boracay continues as it adjusts to ownership disputes since 2018
