"Healing starts the moment you stop hiding your pain from God." - Fr. Jerry

31/05/2026

Sa ngayon baka hirap ka pa. Baka pagod ka na. Baka tanong mo β€œLord, hanggang kailan?”
Pero ang Diyos di late. Di rin maaga. Sakto Siya.
Yung pinagdadasal mo ngayon, yun mismo ang paiiyakin ka sa saya bukas.
Kaya wag susuko. Wag magmamadali. Magtiwala lang.
Lord, salamat kasi ginagawa Mo pa rin akong bago, araw-araw.

MAY THE HOLY TRINITY BLESS US IN THE MONTH OF JUNE πŸ™βœ¨

As we welcome the month of June, let us entrust the days ahead to the loving care of the Most Holy Trinity β€” God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. Every new month is a reminder that life itself is a gift from God, filled with fresh opportunities to grow in faith, hope, love, and holiness.

May God the Father, the Creator of heaven and earth, bless us with His protection and providence throughout this month. May He guide our paths, strengthen our families, and provide for all our spiritual and material needs. In moments of uncertainty and difficulty, may we trust that the Father lovingly watches over His children and never abandons those who seek Him with sincere hearts.

May God the Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, walk closely beside us this June. May His Sacred Heart teach us how to love, forgive, and serve others with humility and compassion. As June is dedicated in a special way to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, may we grow deeper in devotion to Christ, remembering His sacrifice on the Cross and His endless mercy for humanity. May Jesus heal our wounds, comfort our sorrows, and lead us always on the path of truth and salvation.

May God the Holy Spirit renew our hearts and souls during this new month. May the Spirit fill us with wisdom in decision-making, courage in trials, peace in anxieties, and strength in moments of weakness. May the Holy Spirit inspire us to live faithfully, pray sincerely, and become instruments of God’s love in the world.

As we begin June, may the Holy Trinity bless our homes with peace, our relationships with unity, and our hearts with joy that comes from God alone. May this month become a time of spiritual renewal, answered prayers, healing, and deeper trust in the Lord.

No matter what burdens we carry from the previous months, June reminds us that God’s mercy is always new. With faith, let us continue moving forward, knowing that we are never alone because the Holy Trinity remains with us every step of the way.

May the Father protect us,
the Son save us,
and the Holy Spirit sanctify us.

Have a blessed, peaceful, and grace-filled June. Amen. πŸ™βœ¨

HAVE A BLESSED HOLY TRINITY SUNDAY πŸ™βœ¨

Today, the Church joyfully celebrates the Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinityβ€”one of the deepest and most beautiful mysteries of our Catholic faith. On this sacred Sunday, we honor the One True God who exists eternally as Three Divine Persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. Though distinct in Person, They are perfectly united as One God in love, glory, power, and holiness.

The mystery of the Holy Trinity reminds us that God is not distant or cold, but a communion of eternal love. God the Father created us out of love and continues to watch over His children with care and providence. God the Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, became man for our salvation, suffered, died, and rose again so that we may have eternal life. God the Holy Spirit remains with the Church, guiding, sanctifying, strengthening, and renewing the faithful every day.

Every time we make the Sign of the Cross, we proclaim our faith in the Holy Trinity. Every prayer, every Mass, and every sacrament draws us deeper into this divine mystery. The Holy Trinity is not merely a doctrine to study, but a relationship that invites us to live in faith, unity, charity, and holiness.

On this Holy Trinity Sunday, may we reflect on how God calls us to mirror His divine love in our daily lives. Just as the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit live in perfect unity, may we also strive for unity in our families, communities, and relationships. In a world often divided by hatred, pride, and selfishness, the Trinity teaches us the beauty of self-giving love, humility, peace, and communion.

May God the Father bless and protect you always.
May Jesus Christ, the Son of God, lead you closer to His Sacred Heart.
May the Holy Spirit fill your soul with wisdom, courage, peace, and grace.

As we celebrate this solemnity, let us entrust our lives completely to the Holy Trinity. May our hearts become dwelling places of God’s presence, and may our words and actions reflect His goodness to others.

Have a grace-filled and blessed Holy Trinity Sunday!
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. πŸ™

PRAYER FOR HOLY TRINITY SUNDAY

O Most Holy Trinity β€” Father, Son, and Holy Spirit β€”
we adore You, we worship You, and we thank You for the gift of Your divine love. On this Holy Trinity Sunday, draw us closer to the mystery of Your presence, where perfect unity, perfect love, and perfect holiness dwell forever.

God the Father, Creator of heaven and earth, lovingly watch over our lives and provide for all our needs. Teach us to trust in Your plans even when the road is uncertain.

Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God and our Savior, lead us closer to Your Sacred Heart. Help us to walk in truth, humility, mercy, and obedience. May we carry our crosses with faith and always remember that Your love conquered sin and death.

Holy Spirit, Divine Advocate and Sanctifier, fill our hearts with wisdom, courage, peace, and understanding. Renew our souls and guide us to live according to God’s will each day.

Most Holy Trinity, make our homes places of prayer, our hearts temples of charity, and our lives reflections of Your goodness. Unite families, heal the brokenhearted, strengthen the weak, and inspire us to love one another sincerely.

May this celebration remind us that our faith begins and ends in You β€” One God in Three Divine Persons. May we never grow tired of seeking You, serving You, and praising You in every season of life.

Remain with us always, O Blessed Trinity, and lead us safely toward eternal life.
Amen. πŸ™

WHEN WE DO THE SIGN OF THE CROSS,
WE INVOKE THE MOST HOLY TRINITY

Every time Catholics make the Sign of the Cross, we are not merely performing a simple gesture or routine prayer. We are proclaiming one of the greatest mysteries of our faith β€” the mystery of the Most Holy Trinity: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

As our hand moves from forehead to chest and from shoulder to shoulder, we prayerfully say: β€œIn the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.” In those sacred words, we profess our belief in One God in Three Divine Persons. It is both a prayer and a declaration of faith that has been passed down through generations of Christians since the earliest days of the Church.

The Sign of the Cross reminds us that we belong to God. It recalls our Baptism, when we were marked with the sign of Christ and welcomed into the Christian life. It reminds us that we are created by the Father, redeemed by the Son through His Cross, and sanctified by the Holy Spirit who dwells within us.

This sacred gesture is also a source of grace, protection, and strength. We begin and end our prayers with it, asking the Holy Trinity to guide our thoughts, words, and actions. In moments of fear, temptation, suffering, or gratitude, the Sign of the Cross becomes a powerful reminder that God is with us always.

Sadly, many people make the Sign of the Cross hurriedly or without reflection. Yet this small gesture carries profound meaning. Every careful and reverent Sign of the Cross is an act of love, worship, and surrender to the Triune God.

On this Holy Trinity Sunday, may we rediscover the beauty and power of this sacred act. Let every Sign of the Cross be done slowly, prayerfully, and with deep faith β€” remembering that whenever we do it, we invoke the presence of the Most Holy Trinity.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. ✨
