Sectors under MODIFIED ENHANCED COMMUNITY QUARANTINE (MECQ) that fall under Category IV (tourist destination like water parks, resort, and beaches: travel agencies, tour operators, reservation services and related activities) are still not allowed to operate at this time.

Our operation shall resume based on the pronouncement of the Philippine national government.

Rest assured that we will remain strong and resilient. We will continue our operation once the travel and tourism industry is back and allowed to operate.

To our clients who have done bookings with us, we all know that airlines, hotels, and other tourism-related partners and suppliers are in NO REFUND POLICY but the payments made to them shall be considered as TRAVEL FUND. This means that a client can use it for re-booking and or once the destinations are already allowed for tourists to come in. TRes Marias Travel and Tours applies the same policy as payments you have made to us have been paid as well to our partner airline, hotels, tour operators, and partner suppliers prior to lockdown due to COVID-19.
