DOMESTIC FLIGHTS to/from MANILA FOR GCQ/ECQ PERIOD

Due to the ongoing restrictions imposed by the Philippine government prohibiting non-essential travel in and out of Manila during the heightened General Community Quarantine (GCQ) and Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) periods until August 20, 2021:

A. FULL OPERATIONS: Philippine Airlines is continuing to operate its normal schedule of services on the following domestic routes:

Routes between MANILA and:
Basco, Laoag, Puerto Princesa, Catarman, Calbayog, Antique, Roxas, General Santos, Pagadian, Zamboanga

Routes between CEBU and:
Bacolod, Clark, Cagayan de Oro, Tacloban, Zamboanga

Route between Zamboanga and Tawi-Tawi

B. REDUCED OPERATIONS: PAL continues to operate on the following selected domestic routes, but with a reduced frequency of flights, for the period from now until August 20, 2021. The PAL flights operating on these selected routes are:

Manila-Legazpi-Manila – 4x a week (Mon/Wed/Fri/Sun)
Manila-Bacolod - 2x a week (Mon/Fri)
Bacolod-Manila - 5x a week (Mon/Fri/Sun)
Manila-Cebu-Manila - 3x daily
Manila-Dumaguete-Manila - 5x a week (Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri)
Manila-Kalibo-Manila - 3x a week (Mon/Wed/Fri)
Manila-Tacloban-Manila – Daily
Manila-Tagbilaran (Panglao)-Manila - Daily
Manila-Iloilo-Manila – Daily except on August 19 and 20
Manila-Cagayan de Oro-Manila - 2x daily
Manila-Dipolog-Manila - 3x a week (Tue/Thu/Sat)
Manila-Davao-Manila - 1x to 2x daily
Manila-Ozamiz-Manila – 3x a week (Mon/Wed/Fri)
Manila-Butuan-Manila – 1x to 2x daily
Manila-Cotabato-Manila – Daily except on August 20
Cebu-Butuan-Cebu – 3x a week (Mon/Thu/Sat) except on August 19
Cebu-Davao-Cebu - 2x a week (Mon/Thu) until August 31

NOTE: We have temporarily suspended, until August 20, flights on these routes:

Affected passengers may opt to:

𝐅𝐔𝐋𝐋𝐘 𝐕𝐀𝐂𝐂𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐕𝐈𝐃𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐒, 𝐏𝐖𝐄𝐃𝐄 𝐍𝐀 𝐌𝐀𝐆𝐁𝐈𝐘𝐀𝐇𝐄

Ayon sa IATF Resolution No. 124-B Series of 2021, maaari nang magbiyahe ang mga fully vaccinated individuals.

Ang fully vaccinated persons ay ang mga sumusunod:
1. Dalawang (2) linggo na ang nakaraan matapos makatanggap ng 2nd dose ng bakuna
2. Dalawang (2) linggo o higit pa makaraan/matapos makatanggap ng 1st dose ng bakuna.
3. Ang bakunang natanggap ay kasama sa listahan ng Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) o Compassionate Special Permit (CSP) na inisyu ng Philippine Food And Drug Administration (PFDA), ganun din ng Emergency Use Listing ng World Health Organization (WHO).

Kinakailangan lang na ipakita ang 𝘾𝙊𝙑𝙄𝘿-19 𝙑𝘼𝘾𝘾𝙄𝙉𝘼𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉 𝘾𝘼𝙍𝘿 sa area of destination o sa checkpoint areas.

Ang mga local governments ay ini-encourage na i-update ang kanilang travel guidelines ayon sa 𝙄𝘼𝙏𝙁 𝙍𝙚𝙨. 124-𝘽 𝙎2021.

Samantala, patuloy na pinapayagan ang ‘intrazonal movement’ ng senior citizens na fully vaccinated sa mga lugar na nasa MGC at MGCQ. Ngunit kailangan pa rin magpakita ng vaccination card na inisyu ng legitimate/accredited vaccination establishment, o Certificate of Quarantine Completion mula sa Bureau of Quarantine na nagpapakita ng kanilang vaccination status.

Pagdating naman ng interzonal movement ayon sa ‘pertinent resolutions’ ng IATF at probisyon ng Omnibus Guidelines on the Implementation of Community Quarantine as amended, ang Vaccination Card o Certificate of Quarantine Completion ay sapat nang ‘sufficient alternative’ sa hinihinging ‘travel requirements’ ng LGUs ‘before travel and upon arrival’.

‘𝘛𝘢𝘮𝘢 𝘯𝘢 𝘱𝘰 𝘺𝘶𝘯𝘨 𝘤𝘦𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘷𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 (𝘷𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘥), 𝘢𝘵 𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘪 𝘯𝘢 𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘬𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘢𝘨𝘱𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘵𝘢 𝘯𝘨 𝘗𝘊𝘙. 𝘐𝘵𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘻𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘭 𝘢𝘺 𝘮𝘢𝘨-𝘢𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘭𝘺 𝘥𝘪𝘯 𝘴𝘢 𝘧𝘶𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘷𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘪𝘰𝘳 𝘤𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘻𝘦𝘯𝘴’, ayon kay Sec. Harry Roque.

Ang mga biyahero ay kinakailangan pa ring dumaan sa health and exposure screening pagdating sa local government of destination.
Kung ang fully vaccinated individuals ay close contact ng isang confirmed o probable Covid-19 patient, sasailalim sila ‘7-day quarantine period’ kung sila ay mananatiling asymptomatic. Pero kung kinakailangan ang RT-PCT Test, maari itong gawin ‘not earlier than the 5th day pagkatapos ng date ng huling exposure’.

Hindi na kinakailangan ang testing at quarantine para sa close contact na ma-trace paglampas ng pito (7) araw mula sa date ng huling exposure at nananatiling asymptomatic. Pero kung nagpositibo sa RT-PCR Test o naging symptomatic, kinakailangang sumunod sa testing at isolation protocols.
