Ayon sa pamunuan ng mall, maaaring gamitin ng publiko ang mga pasilidad nito, kabilang ang libreng WiFi, charging stations at help desk para sa mga nangangailangan ng assistance.

Pinapayagan din ang overnight parking sa SM City La Union ngayong araw bilang karagdagang tulong sa mga residenteng apektado ng masamang panahon.

Happy 109th Birthday to a true filipina living legend—APO WHANG-OD!

Whang-od Oggay was born on February 17, 1917. She is a traditional tattoo artist (mambabatok) from the village of Buscalan in the municipality of Tinglayan, Kalinga. The oldest hand-tapping tattoo in the country.
