Please be informed that effective immediately, Royale Bon Voyage Travel and Tours Corp. will be implementing stricter requirements for all South Korea Group eVisa applicants.
This is a necessary precaution following a recent incident involving passengers who traveled to South Korea under a Group eVisa and subsequently became TNT/undocumented passengers, resulting in potential financial penalties and liabilities for the agency.
We understand that these additional requirements may require extra time and effort from our clients. However, these measures are being implemented to protect our agency, our partners, and most importantly, our legitimate travelers.
📌 NEW MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
✅ Notarized Waiver and Undertaking
✅ 10 Emergency/Reference Contacts with complete details
✅ Complete, accurate, and verifiable information and documents
NO COMPLETE REQUIREMENTS = NO PROCESSING OF GROUP eVISA APPLICATION.
