TRAIL WANDERS HAS A POLICY. IF YOU DON’T AGREE, PLEASE DON’T BOOK. SIMPLE AS THAT.

Yes, for weather-related cancellations, the reservation fee/down payment is non-refundable. Hindi ito dahil “nagastos ko na” ang DP. Separate ang account na ginagamit for payments at ang personal savings account ko.

The policy is clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions, and once you book with Trail Wanders, it means you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

If you agreed to our Terms & Conditions, please respect the policy.

Kung hindi kayo comfortable sa ganitong policy, you are absolutely free to find another organizer na may ibang terms. Wala pong problema doon.

Ang importante, bago mag-book, make sure na 100% sure kayo sa decision ninyo at binasa at naintindihan ninyo nang mabuti ang policies.

REFUNDABLE: In case of lack of participants/pax and Trail Wanders cancels the event, full refund agad—wala nang pag-uusapan.
