Look: The TARABAY Quirino Eco-guides Association headed by Sir Romeo Mangaccat Jr.(PRESIDENT) attended the first ever Regional Tour guides Assembly held at Sta.Ana, Cagayan last July 27-30. It was indeed a momentous event because tour guides from provinces within the region attended and we got the opportunity to know each other better, despite the fact that the event happened a day after Sta.Ana suffered the wrath of Bagyong EGAY. Thank you so much DOT REGION 02 for organizing this assembly.. Mabuhay! Viva Sta.Ana!
