Delivering his inspirational message, Acting Provincial Governor and Vice Governor Hon. Julius Caesar S. Vaquilar emphasized three important reminders: embrace the journey, value community and fellowship, and respect and preserve our heritage and environment. He likewise thanked the organizers and participants for choosing Quirino Province as part of their adventure and for supporting local tourism initiatives.

Sharing the vision behind the gathering, FJ Moto event organizer Mr. Don Joseph expressed his appreciation to all those who contributed to the success of the activity. He described the Quirino leg as one of their most memorable off-grid experiences, noting the overwhelming support extended not only by the Municipality of Nagtipunan but also by the Provincial Government of Quirino. He also conveyed his gratitude to Ducati Philippines, the Provincial Government of Quirino, and all participating riders for making the event possible.

Adding cultural significance to the gathering was a presentation by the Bugkalot Dancers, who showcased the rich heritage, traditions, and identity of the Bugkalot Cultural Group, giving participants a glimpse of one of Quirino Province's vibrant indigenous communities.

Also present to show support for the activity were Provincial Tourism Office Chief Tourism Operations Officer Ms. Aurea T. Martinez and Provincial IPMR Hon. Jestoni Nangitoy.
