Cebu Pacific Advisory #10
Restoration of Normal Operations
As of July 26, 2025; 11:30 AM
Cebu Pacific is pleased to inform our passengers that we are now restoring normal operations after recent disruptions caused by heavy rains and flooding due to Southwest Monsoon enhanced by tropical storm and typhoon.
While the weather starts to improve, passengers are advised that some delays may still be expected as we gradually return to normal operations. CEB continues to offer flexible options, including free rebooking or conversion to Travel Fund, for passengers who still wish to postpone their flights to and from the following destinations and dates:
Cauayan, Laoag, San Jose, Tuguegarao: July 26
Taipei: July 26 โ 27
Kaohsiung: July 28
Passengers on these flights may make changes via our Manage Booking portal https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking up to two (2) hours before their scheduled departure.
We truly appreciate our passengersโ patience and understanding throughout this disruption.
We are grateful to the airport authorities for their swift and vital support during this time. Their coordination helped us quickly recover our airport operations and flight services.
We also commend our frontline staff for their commitment and hard work. Despite the challenging conditions, they remained focused on ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers.
