It was an esteemed honor to hold the hands of His Holiness Pope Francis whom we fondly called Lolo Kiko during the celebrated visit of our Pilgrims from Ozamiz City headed by Archbishop Martin Jumoad. in that faithful November 2023, we had the Audience with the Pope, through the efforts of Msgr Maximino Naron Jr and Archbishop Bernadito Auza who was recently appointed by Pope Francis himself as the new Apostolic Nuncio to the European Union. Each pilgrim was able to shake hands with the Pope and received a special Papal Rosary.
