Lala Roma 1-Bedroom unit is now accepting guests from 15th December onwards. We are ready for the holiday season!

The unit is good for 2-4 guests with its double-sized bed with pullout bed, comfortable living and dining area, toilet and bath with hot and cold shower, fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace.
It can accommodate up to 6 guests with an extra charge for each additional person staying in the room.

For Bookings:

✅50% payment is required upon booking (Non-refundable)

✅Security deposit of PHP2,000 is required (Refundable within 24 hrs post check-out if no damages to the property)
✅We accept payments via bank transfer or G-cash

✅Check in: 2:00PM onwards, Check out: 11:00AM
✅Early check-in or late checkout may be permitted depending on availability
✅Strictly NO smoking in any area of the unit and No drug use or possession of drugs
✅No drunkenness
✅No incense or candles. They are fire hazards
✅No pets allowed
✅No unregistered guests allowed
✅No parties or events and No eating/drinking on the bed area
✅Honor noise rules
✅Respect towels & sheets
✅Guest agrees to pay for property damages
