Agile network
It may be necessary for us to add or cancel flights at the last minute, given the fluidity of directives from the IATF, concerned LGUs and other government agencies.
Passenger updates
Rest assured, we are working round the clock to inform our passengers in a timely manner, through the contact information provided in their bookings. Passengers who booked through travel agencies or any other third party are strongly urged to check with them for information regarding their flights before their travel dates.

Before going to the airport, please check for real-time Flight Status on our website bit.ly/CEBFlightStatusCheck. Please do not go to the airport unless you have verified and confirmed your flight schedule.
Travel documents
Please continue checking with your local governments on the required travel documents that will need to be presented at the airport, during this time.

Guests with cancelled flights
Aside from above limited domestic schedules, international flights remain cancelled until July 31, 2020. Guests on cancelled flights may rebook to an available flight, opt for full travel fund valid for 1 year, or full refund. They may Manage Booking online through bit.ly/CEBmanageflight .

The safety of our guests and teams remains our top priority. We've increased safety measures such as daily extensive cleaning of aircraft and rapid antibody testing for frontliners and crew. These are based on global best practices, and adhere to the highest safety standards.

New bookings now come with FREE CEB Flexi. With this free add-on, you can rebook flights up to two times, giving peace of mind and flexibility to move travel dates. Meanwhile, guests with existing bookings may rebook or use their travel funds to easily book flights through our website.
