Travel Requirements to Jakarta

As per government regulations, guests bound for Jakarta are required to present printed copies of the following travel documents upon check-in:

For Indonesian Nationals:

COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate. Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated Indonesians will not be accepted for the flight. The Vaccination Certificate must reflect two (2) doses of Pfizer, Moderna, Sinovac, AstraZeneca, Sinopharm, Johnson and Johnson and must be written in English. Flight date must be at least 14 days from the last dose.
Download and register for the PeduliLindungi App. Please update your contact information, COVID-19 status, and vaccination status.
Complete the E-Customs Declaration Form and save a printed / digital copy of the system-provided barcode.
For Filipinos and Other Foreigners:
