Flexible Options for Passengers with Flights from Davao

Cebu Pacific is aware of the ongoing demonstrations in Davao City which affect access to Francisco Bangoy International Airport.
Our immediate priority is to ensure the safety of our passengers, crew and staff. Passengers are advised to allow extra time for their journey to the airport as they may experience longer travel times.
CEB is also offering flexible options, which include free rebooking and travel fund, to passengers who wish to postpone their flights from Davao. Passengers on the following flights scheduled to depart on August 26, 2024 may avail themselves of these options through the Manage Booking portal of the CEB website https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure:
DG 6673: Davao – Zamboanga
DG 6872: Davao – Siargao
5J 962: Davao – Manila
This is a developing situation, and some flight changes may take place. Passengers are advised to check the status of their flights via https://www.cebupacificair.com/flight-status and update their contact details via the Manage Booking portal to receive email notifications on flight reminders and updates.
