Ayoke Island is a destination to watch out for. Underrated, but definitely not unattractive. If it's beauty you want, then it's beauty you'll get! Ayoke Island's shores are blessed with golden caviar-like sand, which meets with the clean and clear waters of the open sea. A lighthouse sits atop one of the rock formations on the island, which adds to the vibe. Waves break for all surfing lovers. The coast of Consuelo Beach offers you the chance to lose yourself in contemplation of its deep red sunsets and wide sandbars giving you an illusion that you are literally walking on waters as you are at the same time caressed by the easterly wind.

With our fantastic hosts, Cantilan natives Charles and his sister Emma, on a long and exciting wooden bridge en route to our tour of the islands at Cantilan, Surigao del Sur. The photo was taken by our accredited tour guide, Mark, who was as good about giving us information about every island as he was at taking photos. Of course, that Cantilan is one gorgeous place contributed greatly to make this a fab photo, too."

Now I call it Gray Sand Beach. Our guests love this place because of its clean and fine gray sand. Others find the sands therapeutic and cool to their feet.
