Friendly Reminder While Staying in our transient!!!
Clean as you go policy‼️‼️

1. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 12:00 NN
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Payment Policy
Full payment must be settled before check-in unless otherwise agreed.
Deposit is required to reserve the date slot

3. Cleanliness and Care
Guests are expected to keep the room clean and orderly.
Any damage to property will be charged accordingly.

4. Noise and Conduct
Maintain quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Avoid loud music, parties, or any disruptive behavior.

5. Prohibited Activities
Strictly no illegal activities.
No smoking inside the room (designated smoking areas only).

6. Safety and Security
Always lock doors and windows when leaving the premises.
Management is not liable for lost or stolen items.

7. Use of Facilities
Use appliances and facilities properly.
Turn off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when not in use. and kindly flush the toilet after every use.

8. Waste Disposal
Dispose of garbage properly in designated bins.
Practice proper waste segregation if applicable.

9.Pets Policy: Pets are allowed on the premises; however, owners are fully responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not cause damage or disturbance.

10. Liability Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.Management reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests who violate rules.
