Advance booking or guest/s are pre-booked, so we'll have time to check the details of the guest/s( para po kung may problema agad po namin kayong mainform at kayo naman agad ninyo rin masabihan ang guest/s)
✓Vaxx Cert or Vaccination Card, fully vaccinated/ 2 doses jab plus valid Identification Card.
✓IN ADDITION to this, p**i send na rin po ung type of vehicle at plate no. ng sasakyan ng mga guests.
✓PLEASE TAKE NOTE: HINDI PO CONFIRMED ANG BOOKING ninyo hanggang wala po kaming natatanggap na pangalan ng guest/s with vaxx cert/vaccination card, Valid ID, Name of Driver, type of vehicle at plate no. ng sasakyan ng guest/s.
( We respectfully ask these docs. para po mapabilis ang pagpasok ng mga guests sa PAF Checkpoint sa Patling o O'Donnell).
✓Also, kindly require your guest/s to bring a photo copy of the following on the day of the tour:
- vaxx cert/vaccination card
- valid ID
- own ballpen
✓For ages 40 yrs.old and above, mandatory blood pressure check and a brief interview.
✓4x4 jeep, maximum of 4 pax of guests only
✓For 60 yrs.old and above we require a medical certificate that he/she is physically fit to climb a mountain or he will be accompanied by a medical practitioner or its equivalent. Or a travel health insurance, stating in the policy, that he/she is fitted to hike a mountain.
✓Cut-off time of registration of guest/s to Pinatubo is 6:00 AM; BUT MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DEPENDING ON THE SCHEDULE OF BALIKATAN EXERCISES FOR THE DAY.
- Come early, to avoid untoward incident or unexpected problem that may occur at the checkpt of the PAF. ( para po kung kayang ayusin o ip**iusap, magagawa po natin.)
