One of the most scenic roads in the Philippines is the road of Tagum City. It was filled with Royal Palm Trees, and it greets Tagum travelers. The beautiful city of Tagum and the pleasant and spacious park behind the City hall is ideal for family bonding.

Cambanog Falls is located in Dumanjug, southern Cebu (at the boundary of Dumanjug-Ronda). It is almost a hidden gem because not many know about this one, and it is one of the many things the town is to be proud of.

Trekking is required to get to the falls, and there are local guides if you need one. The path is unpaved and undeveloped, and some parts of the waterfalls can be tricky to navigate. Overall, it was a good and pleasant experience.

Dalaguete Beach Park is a public beach resort in the municipality of Dalaguete in the southern part of Cebu Province. Locals call the place Casay Beach as the beach is located in Barangay Casay, Dalaguete, Cebu.

It has nice and tall swinging coconut palms on its sandy beach dotting the shorelines of this resort. The place is being maintained and under the upkeep of the local government.

Pityak Falls is a beautiful waterfall located at Barangay Kanghalo in Dumanjug, Cebu. It is also known as Kanghalo or Tubod-duguan Falls.

It is one of the unique waterfalls in Cebu for its water flows from the top of a small hill and is covered with green shrubs. Underneath the falls is a natural pool with beautiful rock formations surrounding it.

If you don't like going to crowded places, you can always explore this least visited Pityak Falls in Dumanjug. It is still undeveloped so you can enjoy the natural beauty of nature at its best.

To get there, you need to ride a bus going to the town of Dumanjug from Cebu South Terminal. Once in Dumanjug town proper, ride a habal-habal that will bring you to Barangay Tubod-Dugoan.
