For Client's who wished to re-book their initial booking dates enclosed by these dates March 15-April 14, 2020

With the news released March 12 9PM, Regarding COVID-19 by our President, There will be a Metro Manila Community Quarantine within March 15, 2020 until April 14, 2020 BUT SUBJECT TO REVIEW ON A DAILY BASIS

Clients are subject to:

Re-booking of the same package to other travel dates are allowed with NO penalty.
▪️Must be of the same number of the initial booked participants since we are allowed by the Accomodation to re-book our reservation with them as well
* Or it could be more than the initial booked participants but not less than (since it cannot be refunded)

▪️Rebooking validity is upto One (1) year based on the initial booking date

April 10-12, 2020
Validity: April 10-12, 2021

We can keep your dates open temporarily.

1. Rebook their flight to a new travel date after April 14, 2020, with waivers of rebooking fees
2. Refund the full cost of the ticket with waivers of refund fees
3. Reroute their ticket on the same fare class; fare difference rules apply

Cebu Pacific flights continue to operate as scheduled, however, we have received rebooking and cancellation requests from our passengers in light of COVID-19. Hence, we made changes to our booking policies to provide our passengers with flexibility and peace of mind:

Passengers traveling to Philippine and international destinations from March 10 to April 30, 2020 who wish to rebook or cancel their flight have the following options:

1. Free Rebooking - Change fee is waived. Fare difference may apply.

Passengers booking flights from March 10 to April 30, 2020 may avail of CEB Flexi for free. CEB Flexi allows passengers to rebook their flights up to two times. Simply select the “CEB Flexi” add-on during booking.
