The Cebu Tourism Officers Association (CTOA) proudly expresses its full support for Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco as Secretary of the Department of Tourism.

Under the leadership of Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco, Cebu has received enhanced support for cultural preservation, heritage tourism, and infrastructure development, allowing local destinations to shine on both the national and international stage. Her efforts have helped highlight Cebu’s rich history, world-class festivals, natural wonders, and the warmth of its people—bringing renewed attention and increased tourism to Cebu.

Cebu have seen the firsthand positive impact of her initiatives ranging from improved tourism infrastructure to dynamic promotional strategies and support for community-based tourism programs. These efforts have strengthen the local tourism industry and created meaningful opportunities for the Cebuanos.

The CTOA believes that her continued leadership is vital in sustaining these achievements and in pushing forward a more resilient, inclusive, and competitive tourism sector for Cebu and for entire Philippines.
