Cancelled Flights Due to Typhoon Tino
As of November 3, 2025; 7:00 PM
Typhoon Tino (international name: Kalmaegi) is forecast to impact several parts of the country, bringing heavy rainfall and strong winds.
Following the latest public advisories issued by PAGASA on Typhoon Tino, we anticipate disruptions to our flight operations at several airports in the coming days. We remain in close coordination with airport authorities and ground handling partners to ensure passenger and colleague safety.
CEB has cancelled the following flights:
November 3, 2025:
DG 6208/6209: Cebu โ Legazpi โ Cebu
DG 6924: Butuan โ Cebu
DG 6286/6287: Cebu โ Caticlan โ Cebu
DG 6295/6296: Clark โ Caticlan โ Clark
DG 6414/6415: Cebu โ Iloilo โ Cebu
DG 6460/6461: Cebu โ Bacolod โ Cebu
DG 6513/6514: Cebu โ Dumaguete โ Cebu
DG 6619/6620: Iloilo โ Dumaguete โ Iloilo
DG 6577/6578: Cebu โ Tacloban โ Cebu
DG 6579/6580: Cebu โ Tacloban โ Cebu
DG 6723/6724: Cebu โ Cagayan De Oro โ Cebu

Affected passengers have been informed via email and provided with the following options through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking:
1. Free Rebooking
Rebook without fare difference for travel up to thirty (30) days from original flight date. The fare difference will apply if the travel period is beyond thirty (30) days from the original flight date.
2. Travel Fund
Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)
3. Refund
Full refund of your ticket.
CEB strongly advises its passengers not to proceed to the airport unless they have confirmed bookings for flights which are currently still planned to operate.
This is a developing situation. As such, some flight changes may take place as the storm passes. Please monitor the status of your flights via https://www.cebupacificair.com/flight-status or on the CEB mobile app and update your contact details via the Manage Booking portal https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking to receive email and SMS notifications on flight reminders.
To help manage these disruptions, CEB is also offering flexible options, which include free rebooking and a travel fund, to passengers who wish to postpone their flights to and from the following destinations:
November 3-4: Butuan, Camiguin, Cagayan De Oro, Siargao, Surigao, Tacloban
November 4: Bohol, Cebu, Dumaguete, Masbate, Ozamiz, Pagadian
November 4-5: Bacolod, Caticlan (Boracay), Iloilo, Kalibo
November 5: Coron (Busuanga), El Nido, Puerto Princesa, San Jose, San Vicente (Port Barton)
Passengers on these flights may avail themselves of their preferred option online up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure. This allows more flexibility for affected passengers to adjust their travel plans.
