Vegan food doesn't have to be boring — and Daos Plant-Based Kitchen proves exactly that.

The first, only, and highest-rated vegan restaurant in Camiguin sitting at a perfect 5/5 on Google — and honestly? It earns every bit of it.

I ordered a lot, but the dishes that truly marked me were the surol, the mushroom chicharon, the cauliflower pops, and the kare-kare.

The surol was a standout — the kind of dish that makes you forget you're eating plant-based. The mushroom chicharon had that crunch and depth that felt almost too good to be vegan. And the kare-kare? Rich, intentional, and deeply satisfying.

But here's what sets Daos apart from just being "good vegan food" — you can feel that everything was cooked with love. Hindi lang basta luto at ilabas. From the choices on the menu down to the plates, the glasses, the pitcher on your table — lahat intentional. Every detail was thought about. That kind of care doesn't happen by accident.

The place is small, but it's built with creativity and passion — and you simply cannot beat that. Food made from love and passion will always be the best kind of food, and this restaurant is living proof.
