• Laminated Old School or Company ID (Lumang ID na matagal ng laminado at hindi napalitan ang picture.)
• Yearbook o Annual (para sa mga nakatapos ng highscool or college na ang kanilang indibidwal na larawan ay nakalagay sa taunang publikasyon ng mga nagsipagtapos.)
• PRC ID / GSIS E—Card / SSS Computerized ID / UMID / Voter’s ID
• Old (wood) laminated diploma with picture inside the laminating film (lumang diploma na matagal na luminado sa kahoy at may larawan sa loob)
• Old NBI Clearance – Issued 2011 or below (lumang NBI Clearance na may malinaw na picture at thumbmark)
• Certified True Copy of Voter’s Registration Record (1997 0r 2001) with receipt.
• Certified True Copy of Voter’s Certification with clear and computerized photo with voting record and receipt.
• For Non-Region 3 Voter: Voter’s Record with clear and computerized photo with thumbmark and receipt from National Central File (INTRAMUROS)
