Ang Philippines Airlines at Cathay Pacific po at mananatili po sa Terminal 1 ng Hongkong International Airport...Both check-in and departure...

While Cebu Pacific at Hongkong Express naman ay lumipat na po sila sa Terminal 2 ng Hongkong International Airport.

Lumipat ang Cebu Pacific check in sa Terminal 2 nung June 9,2026 at ang Hongkong Express check in naman ay nung June 10,2026...

Kaya sa mga early bookings ng Cebu Pacific at Hongkong Express na nakalagay sa ticket nila ay Terminal 1 pa, ay sa Terminal 2 na po kayo lahat mag check-in/bag drop...

Dahil nung time na ni book ticket nyo ay hindi pa open ang Terminal 2 kaya Terminal 1 pa naka indicate sa mga tickets nyo...

Today is June 12,2026 sa mga pasaheros ng Cebu Pacific at Hongkong Express ay doon na kayo mag check in/bag drop sa Terminal 2 kahit ang nakalagay sa ticket nyo at Terminal1..

Hanapin nyo ang Aisle "P" for Cebu Pacific counters at Aisle "U" naman para sa Hongkong Express...

May immigration na rin doon at after immigration bababa kayo at sasakay ng train para dalhin kayo sa Terminal 1 for boarding...

CATHAY PACIFIC MANILA LOUNGE SHUTS DOWN AT NAIA

Cathay Pacific passengers flying out of Manila will now use a different lounge at NAIA Terminal 3 after the airline permanently closed its own Manila lounge on May 31, 2026.

The closure was reported by Executive Traveller, which said the move came as part of ongoing redevelopment works at Ninoy Aquino International Airport. Cathay Pacific confirmed the closure in a statement.

“As part of the ongoing terminal redevelopment at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA), our Cathay Pacific Lounge in Manila will permanently close on 31 May 2026 following the last Cathay Pacific flight departure from NAIA,” Cathay said in a statement.

“While we have endeavoured to extend the timeline for the lounge’s closure, regrettably we have been unable to do so.”

The Cathay Pacific Lounge first opened in May 2015 and became a popular space for eligible passengers of Cathay and other Oneworld airlines using Terminal 3, including JAL, Qantas, and Qatar Airways. It was known for its relaxed design and Noodle Bar.

Starting June 1, Cathay Business Class passengers, along with Cathay Gold and Diamond members, will be directed to the First Meridian Lounge on Level 4 of Terminal 3.

Reports describe the First Meridian Lounge as a premium facility with a live teppanyaki station, private work pods, a virtual golf simulator, and a kids’ playroom.

JAL already uses the First Meridian Lounge. It is still unclear what lounge arrangements will be made for eligible Qantas and Qatar Airways passengers departing from Terminal 3.

Maraming nalilito sa baggage rules ng Cebu Pacific Air lalo na pagdating sa DAMI ng bag at BAGGAGE POOLING. Kaya eto ang simplified explanation 👇

✅ IMPORTANTENG RULES:

1. Bawat pasahero puwedeng bumili ng hanggang 3 checked baggage.
Puwedeng piliin ang:
• 20kg
• 24kg
• 28kg
• 32kg
PERO…
❗Bawal na may kahit isang bag na lalagpas ng 32kg
2. PWEDE ANG BAGGAGE POOLING ✅

Basta:
✔️ Magkakasama kayo bumiyahe
✔️ Parehong flight number
✔️ Sabay mag-check in
Ibig sabihin, puwedeng hindi pantay ang timbang ng bawat bag.
3. Make sure your handcarry bags fit the size limits. ( 56cm x 36cm x 23cm)

❗️Php 2500 ang gate baggage fee for domestic flights pag lumagpas ka sa size at weight limits ng handcarry.

Para masigurong makarating ang gamit mo sa tamang destination, narito ang ilang simpleng paalala:

✔️ Lagyan ng name tag ang baggage (name + contact details)
✔️ Iwasan ang sobrang common na maleta—maglagay ng identifier (sticker/ribbon)
✔️ Huwag ilagay ang importanteng gamit sa check-in baggage
