The Jesuit House Museum

Is a two-storey house of cut coral stone walls, tugas hard-wood floors and teracotta roof was once called the "Jesuit House" as it was where the former Jesuit superior of Cebu lived. It has been turned into the Museo Pari-an sa Sugbo.

During the 20th century Parian became a district where Cebu’s wealthiest founding families lived. They have clustered within this district were a large concentration of the tiled-roof bahay na bato (stone ancestral houses) where lavish cenas and tertulias were once held by the buena sociedad cebuana.
