Due to the temporary closure of the runway at Mactan-Cebu International Airport, Cebu Pacific (CEB) strongly advises its passengers with flights to and from Cebu to not proceed to the airport until their flights have been confirmed.

Our immediate priority is to ensure the safety of our passengers and crew. Please monitor the status of your flights via https://www.cebupacificair.com/flight-status or on the CEB mobile app and update your contact details via the Manage Booking portal https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking to receive email and SMS notifications on flight reminders.

CEB is working closely with the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines regarding this matter.

All Cebgo (DG) flights to and from Manila will operate from Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 2 starting November 7, 2024, while Cebu Pacific (5J) flights will continue to operate at NAIA Terminal 3.

Cebu Pacific continues to work closely with the New NAIA Infrastructure Corp. and relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth and seamless transition for our guests.

Cancelled Flights Due to Tropical Storm Kristine
As of October 23, 2024; 6:00 PM

Tropical Storm Kristine (international name: Trami) has brought heavy rains and strong winds to parts of the Philippines in recent days. As the storm moves over Northern Luzon, areas like Manila and Clark are expected to experience increased rainfall, strong winds, and poor visibility. These conditions may cause flight delays, slower departure and arrival rates at the airports, and extended ramp activities for our ground personnel.

Due to this ongoing impact of Tropical Storm Kristine on flight operations, Cebu Pacific has taken proactive measures to ensure the safety of its passengers and crew. As a result, additional flights scheduled for October 24, 2024, have been cancelled:

Affected passengers have been informed via email and provided with the following options through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking:

1. Free Rebooking
Rebook without fare difference for travel up to thirty (30) days from original flight date. The fare difference will apply if the travel period is beyond thirty (30) days from the original flight date.

2. Travel Fund
Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)

3. Refund
Full refund of your ticket.

CEB is also offering flexible options, which include free rebooking and a travel fund, to passengers who wish to postpone their flights to and from the following destinations:

• San Jose – October 23, 2024
• San Vicente (Palawan) - October 24, 2024
• Cauayan, Laoag, and Tuguegarao – October 25, 2024

In addition, travelers with flights to Manila and Clark on October 24 to 25, 2024 may also avail of these flexible options.
Those on affected flights may avail themselves of their preferred option online up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure.

As this is a developing situation, some flight changes may take place as the storm passes. Passengers are advised to check the status of their flights via https://www.cebupacificair.com/flight-status and update their contact details via the Manage Booking portal to receive email notifications on flight reminders and updates.

For other questions or concerns, passengers may send a message via Charlie the virtual assistant on the Cebu Pacific website, or through CEB’s official Facebook and Twitter accounts.

For the safety of our passengers, PAL has cancelled the following flights on October 24 and 25 due to the proximity of Severe Tropical Storm KRISTINE (international name “TRAMI"):

Regularly check the status of your flight by logging on to www.philippineairlines.com and visit the Flight Status section (https://www.philippineairlines.com/en/flight-status), or checking further advisories on our Official PAL page. We advise you not proceed to the airport if your flight is cancelled, but instead avail of the rebooking options below.

FOR PASSENGERS OF CANCELLED FLIGHTS, you have the option to:

1. Convert your ticket to non-expiring Travel Credits equivalent to the unused segment of your ticket, excluding Ticketing Service Charge.

2. Rebook or Reroute your ticket to another flight with available space within 60 days from the original flight in the same booking class or higher within the same cabin class.

3. Refund ticket without penalties, excluding Ticketing Service Charge for partially used tickets. You may access the online self-reaccommodation tool for flight rebooking.

Simply click the Manage Tab, then select the Flight Disruption button in our homepage at www.philippineairlines.com.

If your contact details are in our reservations records, you will be informed of the status of your flights via e-mail, telephone call or SMS/text.
