While we rent out our unit to accommodate others in need of a place to stay, we appreciate if our unit will be treated with respect. I believe we can all agree that while a renter pay to stay in our unit, doesn't give them every right to mess up the place and leave it like trash. It does says a lot about the person's character, doesn't it?
