Pero kahit naiintindihan ko yun, hindi ibig sabihin na hindi ko naramdaman yung lungkot ng mga panahong wala siya sa mga importanteng moments ng buhay ko.

Kaya nung dumating yung season na naging nanay ako sinabi ko sa sarili ko…

“Ayoko ipasa ang cycle na ito sa anak ko.”

Oo, umaalis pa rin ako minsan.

May business trips.

May meetings.

May mga season na kailangan mong lumaban para sa mas malaking pangarap.

Pero ngayon, ibang klase na ang sakripisyo.

It’s the right sacrifice for the right goal.

Hindi na para lang makaraos.

Hindi na para lang mabuhay.

Kundi para makabuo ng buhay na hindi ko kailangang takasan.
