CEB Advisory #2: CEB Flight Cancellations – July 31 to August 20, 2021

As of 9:30PM, July 30, 2021

The Philippine government, through the Inter Agency Task Force (IATF) Resolution No. 130-A, has placed the NCR Plus Area under a more stringent General Community Quarantine with Heightened Restrictions (GCQ-HR) from July 30 to August 5, 2021, and on a two-week Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) from August 6 until August 20, 2021.

Only essential travel will be allowed beginning today, July 30, until August 20, 2021.

As such, CEB has cancelled some of its domestic flights from July 31 to August 5, 2021.

Affected passengers are being informed via contact details provided in their bookings. They may select their preferred option (Unlimited rebooking, 2-year Travel Fund, or Refund), until 30 days from date of departure, through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website (http://bit.ly/CEBmanageflight).

Are you fully vaccinated?
You can now use your Vaccination card as your passport to travel within the Philippines!

The national Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) has allowed fully vaccinated individuals to travel around the Philippines without having to present a negative test result.

This was announced by Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque in a press conference today, July 4, 2021.

Under IATF Resolution No. 124-B:

✅ Fully vaccinated persons are allowed to present a domestic vaccination card or certificate of quarantine completion as a sufficient requirement for interzonal travel instead of a negative test result.

✅ Fully vaccinated Senior Citizens are allowed to travel intrazonal or under GCQ and MGCQ areas.

❗ Fully vaccinated individuals who are close contacts of probable and confirmed COVID-19 cases, they may undergo a shortened seven (7)-day quarantine period, provided that the individual remains asymptomatic for the duration of the seven-day period with the first day being the date immediately after the last exposure.

📌 Provided that vaccination cards must be duly signed and issued by a legitimate vaccinating establishment or LGU.

NOTE: The national IATF resolution considers persons as fully vaccinated two weeks after having received their final doses of any vaccine given emergency use authorization by the Philippines' Food and Drug Administration and the World Health Organization.

For passengers bound to BUTUAN, please check your valid id po, kung ang nakasulat po na address sa VALID ID is hindi yong province address ninyo please secure BARANGAY ACCEPTANCE CERTIFICATION kung saan kayo uuwi para po makapag flight kayo. Kung ang address niyo naman po na nakasulat sa valid ID ay yong address kung saan kayo uuwi(CARAGA province address)- AGUSAN DEL SUR, AGUSAN DEL NORTE, SURIGAO DEL SUR, SURIGAO DEL NORTE, DINAGAT ISLAND and SIARGAO, no need na po kumuha ng barangay acceptance certification.

NOTE: Para sa mag-asawa, kung kasama niyo pong umuwi ng probinsya ang inyong asawa at hindi sila taga CARAGA province, pakita niyo lang po marriage contract ninyo no need for barangay acceptance certification pero kung hindi po kayo kasal, kuha po ng barangay acceptance. Para sa mga anak niyo naman po na kasama sa biyahe at pinanganak na sa Luzon or outside CARAGA, pakita niyo lang po birth certificate nila.

For Agusan del sur & norte: Valid Id and Negative Antigen or Swab test result only

For Surigao, Dinagat & Siargao: Please coordinate with your LGU for additional requirements

FREE RT-PCR SWAB TESTING:
Narito ang updated contact numbers ng Manila Emergency Operation Center (MEOC) para sa mga nais magpa swab test nang libre sa Quirino Grandstand.

Sa pangunguna ng Manila Health Department (MHD), 100 na katao ang sasailalim sa naturang swab testing kada araw.

Lahat ng mga nais magpa swab test ay kinakailangan mag-schedule ng appointment sa MEOC na pinangangasiwaan ng MHD.
