CUSTOMER ADVISORY:

Updates on Refunds:

Upon verification with our bank, the checking account was CLOSED due to excessive number of encashment/withdrawal trials even we have advisory last March 2020 that we are still unable to deposit cash on our checking account due to Community Quarantine.

In this matter, we have to reissue & reschedule again new checks with the different bank to all who have received their cheque refunds once our key personel can already return in Cebu City.

We are still coordinating with the authorities if we can already operate since one of the guidelines set by IATF on General Community Quarantine that any Travel related industry are not yet allowed to operate.

ADVISORY:

Those who are scheduled for refund tomorrow (April 4, 2020).

Due to the strict Enhanced Community Quarantine in Cebu City we will not be able to deposit funds on our account for the following reasons:

1. One of our key Finance Officers wasnt able to come back in Cebu City because of the lockdown and his signature is needed for the budget approval.
2. All our Refund staff were not able to get City Quarantine Pass.
3. No Public Utility Vehicle Available thus its hard for our staff to travel.
4. Health Concerns by our staff

Please keep your cheques as it is still valid up to 6 months. and we will notify you once funds are ready for encashment.

We are still looking for ways on how to address everyone in times like this.

For those scheduled for Appointments, Unfortunately non of our refund staffs was able to get Internet Connectivity at their respective residences, we are still waiting for updates from our internet provider on when they can install our requested 2 Internet Installations.

We understand your frustrations and we apologize for the inconvenience. no one wanted this to happen and we are hoping for your understanding.

REFUND ADVISORY:

Due to the recent development of COVID19 in the Province of Cebu which Department of Health had announced its 1st COVID19 patient in the province.

Employees have raised their concerns earlier today that their families wont allow them to go to work tomorrow , March 19, 2020.

The management decided to temporarily SUSPEND our Operations at our Cebu Refund Office effective Immediately.

And for our Online Refund Support we are still looking for possible ways in order to assist you even at home, but unfortunately majority of our Refunds Team dont have Internet Connectivity at their respective residences, We will give you UPDATES on this matter.

We will contact those affected Refund Appointment Schedules from March 19 until March 31, 2020 within this week.

ADVISORY: (COVID-19)

In view of the COVID-19 outbreak in the Philippines, which has placed the country in the state of public health emergency. The Management has decided to temporarily Implement SKELETAL WORKFORCE starting March 16, 2020 until Further Notice to help prevent the spread of the virus and to ensure the health and safety of all Employees.

In this matter, due to limited staffing, we have to Reschedule some appointments and rebook it to a latter dates.

Rebooked Appointments will be notified thru email (registered email on the appointment system) and if you will not recieve any changes on your appointments, your appointment will be the same and on scheduled.

For those who will be visiting our Cebu Refund Office, We will be implementing “NO FACE MASK NO ENTRY” and those who has flu like symptoms will also not be allowed to enter the office starting March 16, 2020.

We have charged back a total of almost 3.5M pesos of Credit Card Transactions if payment was made thru Metrobank Online Internet Credit Card Payment and Metrobank POS machine.

We are still in coordination with Metrobank Credit Card Corporation for the List of Chargedback Customers.
