Updates on Refunds:
Upon verification with our bank, the checking account was CLOSED due to excessive number of encashment/withdrawal trials even we have advisory last March 2020 that we are still unable to deposit cash on our checking account due to Community Quarantine.
In this matter, we have to reissue & reschedule again new checks with the different bank to all who have received their cheque refunds once our key personel can already return in Cebu City.
We are still coordinating with the authorities if we can already operate since one of the guidelines set by IATF on General Community Quarantine that any Travel related industry are not yet allowed to operate.
