What makes the delicacy/dish "Humba" so special and popular?🤔

🤯The dish uses a good amount of vinegar, which preserves the "humba", and so the dish could stand longer even without refrigerator for several days
🤯The longer it is kept, the better the "humba" gets

🔎FACTS:

"Humba de Ronda" is basically a braised pork belly
The name "humba" is said to be a contraction of the Cebuano phrases "humot nga baboy"(aromatic pork) or "humok nga baboy"(tender pork)

Now, you don't have to make a long trip to town to have a taste of heaven, the real "Humba de Ronda"...😋
