How to check if your plane ticket is valid:
pls..read the ff.‼
reading is the🔑
Information here is only limited to checking the validity of plane tickets booked in PAL, Cebu Pacific, and AirAsia
It’s as easy as one, two, three
Be ready with the information needed in checking. You need the booking reference which can be found in the upper part of the eticket/itinerary
1. Retrieve your booking in the “Manage Booking” tab of the official website of the airlines
Cebu Pacific: [https://book.cebupacificair.com/Manage/Retrieve](https://book.cebupacificair.com/Manage/Retrieve)
Philippine Airlines: [https://www.philippineairlines.com/en/ph/home…](https://www.philippineairlines.com/en/ph/home…)
AirAsia: [https://booking2.airasia.com/retrieveextbooking.aspx…](https://booking2.airasia.com/retrieveextbooking.aspx…)
Enter the needed details such as booking reference, surname, and in the case of AirAsia the departure city
Click continue or proceed to retrieve your itinerary. If your booking is confirmed, you can get the itinerary similar to the eticket issued by your agency
2. In case the system is unable to locate your flight booking, don’t panic yet. Huwag ka munang mang away ng travel agent mo. Pwede kasing they booked your ticket using a business or personal account and you need their log-in details to be able to retrieve your booking. In the case of PAL, you cannot retrieve bookings made before March 2019. PAL had a system enhancement last March and all bookings before that were given new codes.
Now is the time to have a chat with their Chatbots, Charlie of Cebu Pacific or Ava of AirAsia. I’m sure they will be glad to help you confirm the status of your booking
You can also go to the official page of each airlines and send a message. Be sure to provide the needed details. They may not be able to respond to you immediately, sometimes it will take several hours, or even a day before you can get a reply, but nonetheless you will receive one.

Philippine Airlines: [https://www.facebook.com/PhilippineAirlines/](https://www.facebook.com/PhilippineAirlines/)
AirAsia: [https://www.facebook.com/airasiaph/](https://www.facebook.com/airasiaph/)

Cebu Pacific: 702-0888
PAL: 855-8888
