* Original passport in good condition and valid for the required travel period
* Photocopy and digital copy of the passport information page
* School identification card
* Signed parental or guardian consent
* Birth certificate or other supporting documents, when required
* Round-trip flight confirmation
* Hotel and tour itinerary
* Travel insurance details
* Emergency contact information
* Medical certificate and prescription for students with health conditions
* Taiwan Arrival Card confirmation
🔴The Taiwan Arrival Card must be completed online within seven days before arrival and is free of charge.

* Comfortable and modest clothes
* Light jacket or sweater

* Umbrella or raincoat
* Personal toiletries

* Face masks and hand sanitizer

🔴Student Reminders
Students should stay with their assigned group, follow the instructions of teachers and tour coordinators, observe punctuality, respect Taiwanese customs and laws, keep valuables secure, and immediately report any concern or illness to the assigned adult.
Final travel and entry requirements should be reconfirmed with TravelCare and the appropriate authorities before departure because regulations may change.
