3. Initial/Down Payment to follow.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.To confirm the reservation, 50% down payment is required. The remaining balance must be paid before the departure.
2. For any changes, please inform us within 8 days before the tour schedule.
3. Down-payment is non-refundable.
4. Slots may only be guaranteed once payment has been received.
5. Slots are ALWAYS subject to availability.
6. All payments should be made only in the form of bank payment/transfer through our accredited banks only or remittances. Please do not hand over cash to any individuals including our staffs. We accept Bank Transfer (BPI & BDO), Palawan Express, Western Union and PayMaya as the mode of payment for efficient payment tracking.
7. For sure reservation please send the list of names of the guests with age and contact number of the lead guest for communication and instructions.
8. If reservation has been made, please take picture of your deposit slip/transaction receipt or screen shot if online payment then send it on our FB page or email us for confirmation.
