Our experience in Da Nang with Travel Online was absolutely smooth and stress-free, thanks to Francine Albatera Maceda! We really appreciate how everything was handled—from the initial inquiry to booking, and all the way until our flight. There was always someone there to help us and answer any questions, and they even met us at the airport, which made everything so much easier.
The bus we took ended up being a mix of folks from different agencies, but honestly, they quickly felt like family, and we ended up making some new friends along the way!
Our tour guide and the agency in Vietnam were just wonderful—friendly, fun, and so accommodating, gave coffee every morning in the bus!
You could tell they genuinely loved their jobs because they never made us feel like a burden. They were always attentive, patient, and eager to help with any questions we had, which really made the whole experience enjoyable.
